Description

Pysanky is an ancient Ukrainian art form still practiced today using bees wax and dye to decorate hollowed out egg shell. In this class you will decorate 2 pre-cleaned chicken eggs and learn all the essential skills to make pysanky at home! Once complete, your decorated eggs will last for years to come. No experience necessary.

Children ages 12 - 16 must be accompanied by a paid adult.

About Your Instructor

Abigail Squyres is a professional artist and illustrator working primarily in colored pencil.  She's also an expert pysanky artists, using eggs raised at her home in Amarillo, Texas.
