Wichita Falls artist Ivy Anastasia is a multidisciplinary artist whose work blends nail art, mixed media, and sculpture to explore themes of fantasy, nostalgia, and cultural crossover. Her exhibition features pastel-toned, anime-inspired creations and interactive circus motifs. Ivy’s aesthetic draws from kawaii culture, traditional Japanese art, and her own playful imagination—bringing together the whimsical and the sentimental in equal measure.
“My name is lvy and I've been an artist for as long as I can remember. I've always had a passion for intricate, detailed work. When I was just four years old, I would draw buildings, adding reflections of light or figures in the glass. These small details hold great significance for me and are evident in my art. For the past eight years, I've been a licensed nail technician specializing in hand painted nail art 3D sculpted charms, and anime-style nail art. I find inspiration for my nail sets from various sources, including pop culture, Sanrio, Kawai fashion, and my own physical artwork.”
