Campers will learn the basics of creating with watercolor. They'll also have a chance to explore multiple types of watercolor media (including water pencils and crayons, wet and dry paint, and different types of papers). Watercolor is one of the most accessible and convenient forms of painting, making it the go-to media for traveling artists around the world.
Class Waiver
- Check-in: Children under the age of 11 MUST be signed in by an adult for camp each day. Children age 11 and up may sign themselves in, but must sign in.
- Snacks: We often provide a small snack during camp. If your child has a food allergy or otherwise can not recieve a snack, please make a note in the "additional comments" field below. You are welcome to send a small allergy-safe snack for your child.
- FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18: I acknowledge that my child may participate in a variety of activities provided at the Kemp and I represent that he or she is physically fit to do so. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might be incurred as a result of participating in the program.
- FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18: I give permission for my child to be photographed for publicity and/or archival purposes, including but not limited to use on The Arts Council's website, social media site(s), print and electronic newsletters, regional print and broadcast media.
